. it was about almost 25 years ago. I was going to the my favorite very small Izakaya where is in the Shinjuku Golden stree which is being called the drinking street of Shinjuku. and some day, Mama san of that owner of this Izakaya .suddenly started to cook Okinawa noodle that is being called Souki soba for me. it was very special day to me. that day I left my company . and I was thinking how do I have to do next for finding new job at the Izakaya. so, she was watching me that I was thinking with having seriously face . so, she may was wanting to cook it for me. it was very tasty to me. and this Okinawa noodle may was giving me someting very lovely and her kind`s feeling very much .this Okinawa noodle sometimes makes me to back again very good memories of my eating it.ありがとう、Mariel san.
