It's so sad to see these animals don't have more space to live in. They should have larger enclosures with grass and trees, larger places to swim. 😢 Animals should not be used as a commodity to entertain people for sheer pleasure when they have to be chained. I known they do it for safety reasons but there shouldn't even be people allowed to get close to these animals. This is sad.

As cute as it is, it does feel like an accident waiting to happen and I also feel the animal enclosures need a lot more activities for the animals to promote their natural behaviors and accommodate their needs more both when it comes to space and places where they can retreat for privacy. The ostrich or other big bird early on (was hard to see as I'm typing at the same time) showed clear signs of distress sadly, it's not normal nor a good sign if animals stand against a wall like that and push their head against it, or do rocking motions or pace back and forth.
I'm saying this as someone with a high school degree from an agricultural school where animal behavior and animal welfare was part of the education even for those of us who went down the farming route rather than small animal/exotic animal route at the school.
This is depressing to watch.

Sorry I have to unsubscribe you off these videos, the tiger was chained, all animals mixed in confined spaces and you think this is cute. You know this is animal cruelty you could have refuse to support or promote these places to encourage more animal cruelty. If someone decided to put animals in cages and small spaces in guest rooms its definitely 0 care factor of animals but only with money making.

I'm very disappointed by this vidéo. The zoo is totally discusting and offers very bad life conditions to animals…….and more particularly to the tiger or the lion. It's a scandal. From some videos I have seen on youtube about the zoos in japan, it seems that they are generally run without the animals wellbeing in mind but this zoo especially is the worst that I have seen, the lion and penguins in those rooms are so pitiful. I am thankful that the zoos in my country are much better and the animals have more space and not in chains. I am honestly shocked that this zoo has a 4.2 star rating on google.

This is a very disgusting zoo, the animals have no space, no activities, the tiger was literally in a chain. The lion in the bedroom was in a tight box just for viewing. I felt horrible watching this. All the animals seem distressed and anxious.

While interesting, I don't like the concept of having rooms with animals closed right next to where you sleep, it's super weird in my eyes. Especially the lion and penguin ones, those seem to be unnecessary and a bit cruel…. Unless these are rescue animals or animals that cannot be reintegrated into the wild anymore, but even then… Most zoos that I know are of animals that cannot be reintegrated into the wild so they take care of them in the zoo and along the way people can learn about them…. They also have much larger areas to roam around in freely, not boxed in those small spaces like seen here….
I hope that you take the criticism on this video and think about it… I like this channel and would love to visit Japan one day – but I will skip this zoo for sure, I will not be comfortable supporting such a weird and controversial place.

definitely unsubscribing after seeing such a disturbing video and the harsh treatment of animals but especially because of the description by the contact creators! This is not about preservation of species! It’s about making money and torturing animals! There’s nothing natural about what they do here. Solitary confinement for hours at a time is not preserving a species neither are changing them up on short chains to be fed by humans! how can you look at the faces of animals huddled in corners, extremely lethargic, looking half dead in the pouring rain and tell me that’s OK? I’m sure there’s a ton of abuse that we don’t see either. To promote this business is completely unethical. I wish there was more than I can do other than report this video and unsubscribe.

I love your channel but this time i was shocked about this video. The animals in there has not even the basic conditions to be healthy. The floors in the enclosures, not enough place to hide ( to not mention they was staying under the rain ), let humans in that not interact with them daily is a huge stress. Many animals was in poorly conditions. You wrote in your comment that you hope things will change and educate humans, this is not the right way to let humans learn, this is just buisness! On the other side videos like this show us how far we still are in some countrys about animal respect and it's a start to talk about and make pressure to let things change…….well i hope so………

The racoon was reaching in the stray cat food bowl. I thought, well, at least this experience is included in the fee! ☺️
