TFW you've been in the area for so long you know exactly where it is.
I have been at nasty yet cheap places in Japan before (Hiroshima, Fukuoka, Tokyo), but recently an affordable price isn't at odds with a clean and modern looking environment. Glad capsule hotels are getting better and better every year.
