Great stuff! A very high quality Lobster , fresh produce ,clean surroundings and qualified staff , the meal is a typical home style comfort food, more of an Asian style Lobster Gumbo than a Porridge! Delicious yet a bit lack lustre and simple dish not befitting such a grand Creature in my own humble opinion, all in all a very entertaining material as always , thanks guys!
Well, regardless of what else happened, I really liked how the people treated the lobsters as they unboxed them. More often than not, you expect to see the shell fish tipped into their holding tanks, or maybe tossed in, not carefully picked up individually, and gently placed in the tank, as happened here!
Being from Maine, the only way I like lobster is either boiled or steamed in the shell directly to my plate with a cup of butter on the side… absolutely delicious without covering it up with other flavors except butter.

I feel bad for the lobster 🦞 ,😢😢,,how boiling stam kill him,,i can feel the pain 😢 and he suffers till he die😢,,if a drop 💧 of hot water fall on our body we feel burning for week and it is so much fumed 😢😢😢as kill him before placing in cooker, please 🥺 request
