The last time that I saw this place was around 50 years ago – in the mid-1970s on a weekend outing with Bob and Amy Reed, Debb and me. The walk out to the tube and the tube itself are, according to my memory, unchanged from the ’70s, but the area surrounding the attraction is hugely different.
If not for all of the algae and crap stuck to the outside of the viewing ports, there would be good views of the seabed and the fishes.
