Did you see a lightning strike around 3:30 pm in downtown Toronto Wednesday March 29, 2023? I was at Balzac’s on Gould Street at Toronto Metropolitan University when I saw a lightning strike with heavy rain, and after the rumble of thunder, the snow started.
