The Jujo Ginza shopping street began to open in the early 20th century, and an arcade was developed from 1977 to 1979.
The shopping street consists of more than 200 shops from JR Saikyo Line Jujo Station on Chuo-dori, Higashi-dori, and Nishi-dori, and has a total length of about 520 meters, making it the largest shopping street in Kita-ku, Tokyo.
