Top 10 Sunniest Cities

Welcome back to the world according to Briggs, I am just outside of Portland, OR and it is kinda cold for us. I say for us because I know there are a few cities in the negative right now. About 3 weeks ago we did a video about the coldest states I thought today we would get your mind off of the cold, your aching knees, chattering teeth and look at the cities that get the most sun. Yes, sunshine. Something we haven’t seen much of in Portland for almost 5 months.
When someone is looking for a home maybe buy a little real estate weather is a big factor.
Sunlight is important.
Sunlight can improve our mood.
It may prevent us from eating too much.
It helps stimulate the body’s production of vitamin D.
Sunlight can help clear up skin conditions like psoriasis.
It may help maintain the efficiency of the human eye.
That will be good for all of you when I start making videos in 8K someday.
It can also do some bad things, so wear sunscreen or Sunblock.

These cities get the most sunshine in the United States. They’re each booming with sun-lovers as well.

Thanks for checking out the channel. I hope you enjoyed today’s video. If there is a state, city or town you’d like us to do a video about let us know in the comment section.
If you enjoy these videos I would love to hear about it. These videos are made to help people who are thinking about relocating, looking for real estate, or just wanting to learn about the United States. Most of the time focus on the negative side of locations. If you want some happy positive information about a city, town or state, I would suggest looking up local mortgage and real estate companies or maybe the locations website. They are trying to sell you something so it will be nothing but sunshine and rainbows. They won’t tell you about crime, poverty, bail bondsmen, or insurance you’ll need because of natural disasters. I will. And I will try and make it entertaining.

  1. How is florida not on this list? It’s the sunshine state for crying out loud!

  2. Politics divide us these days. Please leave them out of the world you share. You have justifiably found the flaws in SW MO but life on the Ozarks plateau is SUNNY. I lived in Tucson, Vegas, and traveled the SW, but Springfield may be as sunny as any.

  3. While describing Yuma, AZ as having the most sunshine you showed a photo of the Superstition Mountains – which are just east of the Phoenix metro.

  4. My mother and sister live in sac….the only two reasons why I bother going to that hell hole. You could fry bacon on the sidewalk in the summer.
Reno is a close second. I moved here from Washington…it never rains. We get a bit of snow in the winter. I lived in Tahoe for years and it used to be sunny but not too hot. With global warming, the summers are really hot.
Can't wait to get back to Washington!
    Hope I haven't offended anyone.

  5. Florida is rainy in the summer but the falls, winter, and spring are awesome. Cooler temps lower humidity and deff sunny with much dryer days.

  6. I keep getting job solicitations from Redding and they always mention the sun… but not the heat.

  7. I really enjoyed that offended quote! That and the quit typing one. Keep em coming Briggs! Facts mixed with humor are just ehat this don't let facts get in the way of a good lie needs!

  8. I'm ln Albuquerque and there are over 300 days of sunshine here. I'm surprised it's not on the list. It's blue skies every day.

  9. Is this the sunniest cities or hottest cities? Because Denver averages over 300 days of sunshine a year

  10. 9:02 – That's the Sundial Bridge in Redding, CA. Designed by the famous Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava, who also has a slew of other famous structures in the US, Canada, Spain, Ireland among others. Most well known may be the Oculus subway station at the World Trade Center, New York City.
I've been to this bridge, his bridge in Dublin, his structures in Barcelona and Valencia Spain, and the Oculus.

  11. Briggs, where did you get that lil guitar riff at the beginning and the end of the video? Would love to know the source so i could learn it!

  12. Summer nights in Yuma are absolutely gorgeous. I remember I spent one night just staring up at the stars because it was like 90 degrees out at 1 am. Love yuma.

  13. The Gospel of salvation of our souls: 💜💕💖✨💖❤️📖✝️🕎💡💡❤️❤️💞💕💖❤️❤️💖💕💕💜♥️❤️💕For what I received I passed on to you as of [first importance]: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures,  that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures, and that he appeared to Peter, and then to the Twelve.  After that, he appeared to more than five hundred of the brothers and sisters at the same time,

  14. Swamp cooler works great until the humidity get high. You need both to be comfortable in Arizona

  15. I'm a very political guy, however , the arguing back and forth with the brain dead democrat " groomers" would ruin your channel.

  16. Reno is sunny and full of pretty racist white people. Cousin was told that people like her are only good for cleaning the homes of white people, more than once.

  17. We watch you almost daily. Big fan. My dad has lived in Yuma since the early 90s when he retired from Solar Turbines. My grandad lived there too after he retired. Yumas biggest tourist attraction is the Yuma Territorial Prison. That’s why the football team is called The Criminals.

  18. Fun facts: Yuma high student store is called the cell block. During home football games, the team enters the field behind cop cars and when they score a prison siren blares

  19. Let me talk about the Sunshine State, Florida. Florida's like the only state where it could be raining and you still have sunshine. Example on one side of the street you have rain and on the other side of the street it is completely rain-free and sunny

  20. If you like sunshine, feel free to also come to the Caribbean for vacation & as a retirement home for several months in the year. Your money would be worth more, 365 days of sunshine, beaches, racial integration & multiculturalism. You would want to monitor the hurricane season & susceptible islands.
