As a Turk I must say that this is no way a Turkish meal. I guess it is something tasty that you like but actually in Turkish cuisine and Turkish kebap there is no thing like putting sauce on meat. Meat are delicious and don't need any sauce. I hope one day you will visit Turkey and taste the real Turkish cuisine.
Can consider visiting Istanbul… beautiful city and fantastic charcoal grilled meats especially for lamb lovers …the way they do lamb chops and lamb kebabs is another level.
Salt Bae restaurants in Istanbul Is reasonably priced and was surprised Godiva chocolates are 2-4x cheaper there

Ive been to Akihabara in 2010 and we found a Kebab Shop. After i tried to speak turkish to them, they said we are from Greece lol😂
