This was the longest travel day we’ve ever had. We flew on Singapore Airlines from Tokyo to Amsterdam via Singapore. Although it was over 24 hours door to door, it wasn’t too bad.
If you are flying out of Singapore, the inflight food on Singapore Airlines is made by SATS and generally doesn't miss. My own experience of flying from Singapore to Tokyo (and back) is that the food catered by Narita or Haneda is just slightly blander than Singapore. I chose the seafood menu by default because they serve it early.
I love Singapore Airlines! Years ago was served beef wellington in economy. Best hotel I ever stayed at was comped when they had a mechanical delay. They know how to take care of their customers!

Singapore Airlines is the only airline which I get excited over the meals. Their biryani is great too!

If you take their premium economy you can pre-order online nicer selection of meals….. But generally I prefer ANA food 😊
