At Ramen Stadium there are eight famous ramen restaurants from all over Fukuoka and Japan. Many of the shops do rotate, so every few years you might see different stalls.
Each restaurant has won some awards for one of their signature ramen dishes, some of these shops are from Fukuoka and others are from various parts of Japan, you have 8 selections to choose from and you can also choose the broth you like depending on the restaurant, some of the menus are in English, some are not, you should be able to ask the staff and they can help you.
You can choose your broth, the most famous one is pork broth, light salt, chicken the others are miso and shoyu which is a soy sauce based broth, they even have a tomato based one.
Whichever one you decide to choose they all are good. Also for less than $2 you can get a noodle refill, so if you are really hungry, don’t finish the soup!!
Just ask the staff for another bowl and they will get it out to you in less than 5 minutes.
Either way, I am sure you won’t be disappointed.
