Visited Tsuruno Yu Onsen in January 2023. Originally operation started almost 400 years ago and part of building is used as original.
Tsuruno Yu means Hot Spring of Crane, in 1708, hunter found crane soaked into hot spring and renamaed as Tsuruno Yu thereafter.
The mood of this place keeps Japanese old style and getting very famous, it is said the most famous hidden hot spring in Japan and really difficult to make booking.
