ATOA Aquarium x Art is one of the best things to do in Kobe. It’s also possibly the best aquarium in Japan depending on your taste. If you ever wanted TeamLab to make an aquarium, this is what you’d get. There are stunning art and light installations along with nicely maintained aquariums. This is a must-do attraction in Kobe.
