Bios no Oka or Bios on the hill as it translates is a botanical garden themed park about 1hours drive north of Okinawa’s main city of Naha.
The park is exceptionally well maintained, boasting a wide array of plants and flowers often seasonally themed. From beautiful orchids to sub tropical rainforest and lotus ponds, there is no shortage of flora to enjoy here.
The park also boast water buffalo rides, petting zoo, rope and swing parks for kids and plenty of shaded grass fields to relax in.
