I have a brain in my brain haha 😂 nice video, i hope you feel better now, greetings from Germany.
i love castles too
Loved it. Enjoy you guys so much. Thank you for all your hard work. I just love your videos and all of your channels.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻❤❤
Thank you for sharing your experience. Isn't it wonderful for delicious mistakes. 😀 That hotel area is beautiful & surprising. Luv yr vids Take care guys
I googled to see how much rooms at that hotel are and it said like 80-227 Canadian, it looks abandoned in the video but it definitely looks better in pictures from spring summer month and the reviews of the hotel seem mixed.
I don't see how you maneuver through all the different train stations. I would be so confused and turned-around. No telling where I would end up.
I have been suffering with anxiety and depression. Gone through a very difficult time lately. I love both of you!!!❤️
This might be helpful the only way to tell is to try it. There are two serotonin systems in the body, the peripheral one and the neural one. They do not interconnect, there are no serotonin transporters at the blood brain barrier. The precursors for the synthesis of serotonin in each system are different. The neural synthesis is done in the Raphe nuclei in the brain using the amino acid L-tryptophan as the precursor. The serotonin is the precursor for melatonin which with the pineal gland provides the circadian rhythm. Serotonin is also the precursor for epinephrine which is the precursor for norepinephrine. Epinephine is adrenaline which is involved with panic attacks. Symptoms of low serotonin are making long term memories is more difficult, sleep issues, difficult to sleep and wake at regular times, panic attacks, and linked in an unknown way to norepinephrine, pain perception, inflammatory pain perception.
I am not a doctor, I have a rare illness that causes me to have low serotonin. Try taking the amino acid L-Tryptophan in consultation with your doctor. To much serotonin results in a serotonin storm which is very bad.
Hi guys, why are you wearing the mouth shields in free nature ?? Why do you not breathe free ??
Hi it's me. My Free Wifi is from the library. It's restricted so children can't see the comments or comment. That's why I have to turn off WiFi and use data… But I'm still watching. Cheers
With age (I'm in my 50s) I find my anxiety increasing. The way things are going in the world isn't helping. Thank you for being open about mental health.
I think it would be fun if you stayed at that amazing rest area sometime! You could go out during the day, enjoy the sun and pick fruit to bring back to the hotel for a snack. Evening walks would be beautiful and relaxing and you can finish the day with a nice dip in the onsen! 😍
Hi Shinichi, Hi Satoshi. The Road Trip videos have been a pleasure to watch. Enjoyed todays episode seeing the Castle 🏰 ruins with the backdrop of the mountains. The rest stop was on another level so vast and lots to see and explore loved the surrounding grounds there. Good that you
coped with your anxiety attack Shinichi, I know what it’s like. The Ramen 🍜 looked delicious in Osaka. Thanks for a great video guys 👍. Have a nice weekend 😀
O M G I wish that I was there with you gentlemen!! Shinichi San, I feel your pain. I suffer from anxiety as well and have found that guided meditation helps tremendously. Every day.
The whole road trip was a wonderful adventure for all of us. I’ll watch it again!
Hi Guy's, Satoshi, hope you're feeling better. This spot is a great find on your journey. Keep safe and enjoy your trip.
Shinichi ❤🧡💚💙💜You are Amazing!!!! Thank you for always being honest!! Your honesty has helped me in the last couple of years with my panic attacks. When ever Im having my issue at work I always think of the video you did while in Hawaii years ago during full panic attack at your Sisters house in the bedroom??? That thought always reminds me to not run but to find a safe place and wait it out. Thank you!!! And tell your Momma and Sister Aloha!!!
wow natsukashi..been there in kobe flower and park .we ate yakiniku ..thank you for bringing us here…
I love this series because you both show me a lot of beautiful places. And I really really enjoy your trips in cars, because I feel like I also there with you watching all the beauties. I wish you can make more videos like this in the future. Stay healthy ^_^
Love this video Shinichi thanks for sharing these videos that you guy's doing amazing coast sid delicious food more like this one take care stay safe 👍🥰🤩❤️😘😘🌹🙏
No Idea why but when you got to the castle it reminded me of Rashomon.
Loved this video! I always feel I'm there! It's sooo cold here! Thank you for another beautiful trip!
thank you for talking about your panic attacks. i suffer from anxiety as well and watching you push through it gives me confidence to do the same.
I wish I could eat at ramen shops like that, but I can't eat fast and everyone else would be glaring at me to hurry up.
That rest stop is giving me Ghibli's Spirited Away vibe. It's even got a bathhouse! The only thing missing is the train tracks. 😆
Hey, Itami! I spent a year there in the mid 1990s working at Sumitomo Heavy. It seems much more built up around the station. Kansai is a great area to live in. It has friendly people and great food.
It helps me to stay distracted when I have my panic attacks, instead of retreating, like you said. I know exactly that feeling you were having when one started. All the love. <3
If you get tired of ramen, is there a place to get pad Thai or laksa?
Koninchiwaish! Not sure what time it is where you are lol….anyway I grew up in Japan in the 80"s and lived on Oahu too, and your channel was the first time I've seen a Pichinko anything since then!!! Love you both and am having such a blast watching your vlogs!! Thank you for not leaving the tunnels out. People who don't live in Japan or Islands don't know about the tunnels! 🙆
What is this chill pill that you speak off? I may need to get some.
Shinichi' I am also on medication to help ease the pain attacks, anxiety and depression it also eases my chronic pain. I take 120 mg a day. It happens to the best of us.
Another place I want to stay at if I ever come to Japan.
"Satoshi doesn't come with the room" ✌️😆 Thank you for the videos !! ❤
Anxiety attacks are nothing to be ashamed of. I deal with them quite regularly. And a lot of time they are brought on by people in authority. Which all stems back to my childhood with my mother and her abuse, and then all the people I have met in my life who were abusive and narcissists' who take advantage of my kindness. So it took years before I had panic attacks but it eventually built up to a point where now I experience panic attacks on the regular. And I am also on medication to reduce them.
You are a really brave Shinichi sharing about your anxiety you must help many people. More power to you, thank you for sharing what must be so difficult for you. I always enjoy the videos you and Satoshi's videos. I find them, interesting' calming, and tranquil. Blessings to you both, Muffy from Oz (Australia)
Watching the 2 of you traveling around Japan reminds me of the road trips my late husband and I would take. He loved driving. On an average trip I might drive 15% of the time and only when he was tired. When I see Satoshi driving as you sit in the passenger seat and narrate, I feel nostalgic. I love your travel vlogs.
I love watching ya'lls travels and all the cool and beautiful places you go! There's nothing wrong with having anxiety Shinichi as I deal with it too. Love you and Satoshi's vids and the 2 of you together. Keep your head up and you're doing amazing. 💙💙💙
We don’t want anyone to hide their anxiety and panic attacks too many people hide it and it doesn’t help them, we need more discussion about it. Thank you shinichi your videos saved me in the pandemic and your videos saved me with my October nervous breakdown thank you to you both. Love you both for talking about it.
“Satoshi doesn’t come with the room” I swear you two get funnier satoshi seems so much more relaxed in front of camera now, he dances, he poses he gives peace signs…you two are adorable and hilarious.
HELLO AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL A REST STOP NEVER EVER 👀 N SUCH BEAUTIFUL in NORTH AMERICA even when WE drove from JERSEY STRAIGHT DOWN 2 FLORIDA DISNEY THANK U 4 SHARING ❤
Shinichi, that rest stop was so lonely, it made me anxious, but it was impressive and beautiful. I think I like older places better, though.
Wow! It made me tear up when I heard you say ‘Maizuru.’ My family and I used to go there to visit my sister every year until the pandemic. Sadly, she passed away back in 2021 due to cancer. I was so devastated as I didn’t get to see her one last time because of the travel restriction.
We plan to go this year to send her to her final resting place.
So awesome! What a great trip discovering so many sights, sounds and tastes from each place.
The vending machines everywhere just cracks me up xD
I love your videos. I will never get to Japan but feel I've been there through watching you guys.
Hello shinchi n Satoshi
Beautiful video
I am happy i could get back to view your this video after a long gap
Stay blessed
Best wishes
I enjoy watching u 2
That was an amazing "rest stop". Maybe people stay there during the fruit picking season? Amazed that there is someplace like this in Japan with land being so precious. Shinichi, thank you for sharing yourself with all of us. I was thinking that you do indeed help others who have anxiety and makes others more aware and knowledgeable of this condition. Satoshi is also wonderful for the support he gives you.
Great videos. I always love following along on you two's travels. That michi no eki was fantastic. It looks like they have a very farmers', fruit-oriented location, as well as just being an interesting destination.
Actually seeing you dealing with your anxiety in real life, in real activities, really helps me. I get anxious and heart palpitations and I have to stop to slow down and breathe. I spent decades being numb and now I am on the other side of that, and it is such a different seeing without a numb mind. It really helps to know what a full life you live with your anxiety. Reading others' comments, it seems like you help many of us.
Great trip, you guys!
