You can do a one day tour in Kyoto and see these:
Arashiyama Bamboo Forest
Fushimi Inari
Gion District
Hanamikoji Street
We weren’t particularly interested in Temples so we skipped those. But they are near the area we visited so you can still do a quick detour to visit them.
