Zone 11, in the south of Guatemala City, is one of the most dangerous neighborhoods in the entire city for various reasons, one of them being for its red light districts.

    I live in Guatemala City and I can tell that area that u visited is really dangerous howevrr if you go to the main market everything is fine ! I havent had a bad experience there ! Shout out from Z12 Guatemala City, Nice Video

    I have been so many times in the capital city , thanks god always good , I know that there are some dangerous zones in Guatemala city like in any other country, but I feel that it is not too too dangerous, the people they can still live in those zones , there are some drunk people , crazy people who wanna fight and all ,but for people who lives there it is very very normal ,and they are use to it , when you filmed this YouTube video, when you were there , it does not mean that you will be shoot or anything like that , you only need to be careful and walk smoth .     Many years ago my grandfather had a tailor shop in that market. It was sketchy then too but no one ever messed with my grandfather or us as long as we were with him. When we would visit him , I remember that he’d would bring us different fruits that you couldn’t find here in the US when he came home from the market.

    I disagree with the driver those areas la linea y el guarda are not very dangerous especially for Guatemalans. I know how to handle the area, how to walk around and how to make a deal with a prostitute I would even drink in the cantina Lol. I understand though its not easy for a white guy weather they would be from US or Europa every body would know you are a gringo. I would take you instead to a Casa de citas if I remember correctly we have a good brothel in a good zone, zona 10 and its called Belle that would be safe for any body and there are beautiful women. Its expensive though but its worth it.

    I stayed in zone 14 and visited zone 10 when i stayed in Guatemala City. I walk around at night. it was weird everyone has darkest of tint windows, so when car slow down around me i stop walking and look at them to make sure the dont hop out

    I dont get the point of these videos. Im Guatemalan and it makes my nation look like a shithole. I agree some parts arent safe. However, if you want to find trouble and danger you can find it anywhere including a large part of the US.
