I am totally spoiled by my wife's fresh mundoo. She shops the pork and kim chee. These frozen ones cannot come close to hers. Pancakes…need a frying pan…best when it's a bit crispy. Crispy seaweed rolls should be really good but I like the kim chee rolls. Dip with some samjang. Maybe defrost the doggies then air fry? Nangmyun, cold noodles, garnish with julienne cucumbers and boiled egg and pickled radish….aside from mustard, you can add a little vinegar too. Nest, you have to try the sundae or blood sausage. It sounds gross but it taste so good! Steam it and slice into bite size pieces, dip a little seasoned salt and enjoy!
