What an extreme ending to our Japanese road trip!! Our journey to the most Northern trip becomes treacherous! With closed roads, blizzards, a bear encounter and having an entire hot spring all to ourselves. It was one heck of an adventure that we will never forget!! Our entire roadtrip through Japan in Winter has accumulated to this point with our little Japanese Campervan. Due to extreme winter conditions we have the entire onsen all to ourselves! The wilderness of Japan is like none I’ve ever experienced. We cannot recommend Japan enough. And thankyou so much to Tokyo RV for providing us with our home on wheels for the trip of a life time!

We are Philly and Keely and we live full time in our tiny home on wheels Martha. After building our DIY home in a Citroen Relay camper we spent a year living on the streets of London before quitting our jobs only to be met with lockdown. Then we took our van further than she had ever been before to the very beautiful Turkey. Enroute we stopped off in Spain for a few weeks where we experienced every van lifers worst nightmare, we were robbed and they stole all valuables in our van. But now we are back on our feet, fully MOT’d and back on the road through Europe and beyond!! CHANGE OF PLAN!! Now we are in TOKYO lol!

The bus was an excellent idea & those hot springs were bloody amazing including the powder snow! Keely u are hysterical trying to walk in that deep snow, such a cute couple! Just loved your journey in Japan thanks guys!!
