Provides support and consulting not only to his own restaurants, but also to other franchise restaurants and to his wholesale partners.
He is an avid gyoza lover. Recently, he is into Machichuka, local family-owned Chinese restaurants.

  1. Thank you for introducing your own restaurant and all the other great places to eat in Japan. Your work ethics are commendable, wish this mentality was shared by others (we might not be in this atmosphere of corporate greed otherwise). Maybe one day when it's safer to travel, I will be able to visit Japan (am in Seattle, WA USA), in the meantime…will work to improve my own gyoza recipe. Happy New Year!
