    The North Park location for Grande Ole BBQ has actually been there for many years now. They just reopened about a year ago because they closed during the pandemic and expanded to include the neighboring storefront.

    You missed Smokin J’s at 14035 Midland Rd, Poway, seriously amazing . Their pork belly is TO DIE FOR, they smoke their meats for 12-16 hours overnight so it’s super tender. I found about it when I visited for a haircut at my aunts shop. Truly a gem❤

    thanks for this. we watched it a few nights ago & went to Coop's the very next day! their jerk chicken may not be spicy, but goddamn is it good! i also really love their bbq sauce. it's on the sweet side, isn't very zesty, but there's something deep & complex about it that i fell in love with. it tasted good with all the meats we tried. Coop's makes my favorite sweet potato pie, so it's always a must! delicious brisket, too. looking forward to trying Bowlegged Bbq next!

    Coop's is LITERALLY the BEST!!!! His brisket potato is my favorite and I could eat my weight in his greens. Grand Ole BBQ comes a close second IMO but only for their brisket, everything else is a no go for me. I was scared to watch this video because I'm all like if he says Phil's……. I'm never watching another video.

    I always load up on the chimichurri when I go to GoB. Sunday is a great day to when they have the South American style BBQ going. The Lamb is also great.

    Probably been away too long bcuz was raised in Lemon Grove n Spring Valley areas n never heard about Coops til now. We were pretty much raised on Fargo’s BBQ, but NOT sure if they even exist anymore? Gna have to check them out next time I’m back home.

    I was so disappointed by Cali BBQ at Snapdragon. I ordered their pulled pork nachos and they were so disappointing. I usually love their bbq. There was only about a tablespoon of pulled pork on the nachos. Mainly just cheese and salsa. Not what I expected from this company. Will not buy again.
