I like your videos Paolo, be careful with the quality of your oils use real olive, avocado, ghee or real butter grass fed even better, i do notice you need some sleep and you could use some real cherry juice not from concentrate it's nature's melatonin even my autistic nephew enjoys it and he is picky 1/8 cup tart cherry 1/8 black cherry will give the perfect 1/4 cup of cherry juice, second look for local honey Japanese people increase the vibration of the land all the time to provide a valuable update for your family, I also have tried Vicks Synex inhaler with aloe and my nephew breathes better at night along with some Genexa for kids chewed pills I'm not a doctor we also battle sickness in winter time with our beloved children.

I’m glad you’re family is feeling better. When my son was little and with a fever, I would give him Motrin. Tylenol didn’t work for him. Also, cold wash clothes on forehead or on back of neck. If the fever went really high, I would put ice cold wash cloth on arm joints, chest, forehead, back of neck. Please take time with the family and will look forward to more videos in the NewYear.
