In front of Osaka Station (Sakurabashi-guchi bus stop under the elevated JR line), there is an elevated JR line running overhead, and a roadway runs through it. In the case of Osaka Bus, the bus stops are divided into Group A and Group B, and the Oribe Bus Stop is located in Group A.

Nankai Bus, Shonai Kotsu, Echigo Kotsu, and many other night buses have the same bus stop (located in group B) for both the bus stop and the gate (please check with the bus company you are boarding for details).

The first point to note is that the bus stops may differ depending on the bus company.

In this video, the starting point of the walk is the “Nankai Bus and Foot Bus Stop” in front of Osaka Station (Sakurabashi-guchi JR Line elevated bus stop), which is located in Group B.

After getting off the highway bus at Osaka Ekimae (Sakurabashi-guchi JR Line Elevated Bus Stop), walk along the sidewalk toward the rear. You will see tall buildings (Hilton Osaka, Herbis) over there, and after walking about 20-30 meters there will be a traffic light, so turn left and cross the pedestrian crossing (there are always many people coming and going at that pedestrian crossing, so it is easy to see).

After crossing the pedestrian crossing, you will see a large sign ahead that reads “Osaka Station, Sakurabashi Exit. Continue straight ahead. Walk about 10 meters, keeping Ekidonki on your left and coin lockers on your right, and you will see a JR ticket vending machine and ticket gate (JR Osaka Station Sakurabashi Exit ticket gate) on your left.

If you have not yet purchased a ticket, purchase one from the JR ticket machine. For example, the fare for a trip from Osaka Station to Takarazuka Station is 330 yen.

A large electronic bulletin board is posted above the ticket gate at the Sakurabashi Exit of JR Osaka Station, so check the departure time and platform number of the train you wish to board.
