While the food looks fantastic I think the noise level in that place would make for an uncomfortable dining experience.
Why does Katherine only eats at the higher priced buffets, she does not go to the low priced buffets

Great buffet, next time I go I won’t attack the beefs they had there, filled up on meat I didn’t have room for the pastries. Great video guys.
One thing I've noticed with the Bacchanal and other Vegas eateries is that the quality is really dependent on when you go. I went on a Monday in, I guess the off season, and it definitely seemed different. I paid the same price you guys did, but they didn't have a number of the things I've seen in this and your other more recent Bacchanal video, especially the seafood. And other dishes had been sitting out for a while without being replaced. Kind of disappointing when you don't live in Vegas and can't just up and go whenever you want, and they don't put out the higher quality products when it's not "peak time", even though the place was booked the entire time we stayed there.
It's a decent buffet, but from my experience, you can get the same quality for much cheaper.

Prawns = Twist off the head, pinch off all the legs, unwrap the main shell piece, squeeze the meat from the tail end.
