Taiwan (=republic of china) will be the same fate as South Vietnam in the past. I am South Korean, interestingly, in South Korea, South Vietnam was called Free Vietnam and Taiwan was called Free China.

Taiwanese foods are mostly brought there from China. The shiao long bao is from Shanghai.

Just came back from Taipei after attending the gay pride, their foods are delicious but absolutely unhealthy due to heavy salt, extremely sweet & oily. Careful on what you eat 😀
