Mori Tower sky deck is still one of my favorite places to go for skyline pictures. It’s not the tallest building anymore but your view isn’t blocked by glas or high ceilings so that’s a pro. The price to go up got a little bit more expensive, it’s 2200¥ for the observatory deck and then an additional fee of 700¥ to go up to the sky deck. You can’t bring a tripod so check for some of the 4 pillars with a flat top to place your camera.
