Follow our journey of a British Filipino couple flying to our dream destination of Japan for the first time. When we heard Japan is opening we were so excited & booked right away! Today we took a Bullet train here in Japan for the first time from Osaka to Kyoto. We arrived in Kyoto and headed straight out to explore the Japanese streets & see what Kyoto had to offer. We then headed to Menbaka where we were served FIRE RAMEN. THATS RIGHT OUR RAMEN WAS SERVED ON FIRE! We were shocked it tasted so good! It was the best experience and definitely got our hearts pumping. Our first impression of Kyoto surprised us, it’s everything we had dreamed of and more.
Where we stayed: The Prince Inn

The one I missed… The Bullet train😭
Hello❤❤❤🤗❤
omg japan looks so beautiful !! and the fire ramen was insane 😫 enjoy your time there 🫶
That ramen was one of the best ramen I have ever had 😍
Japan is a nice county always visit my daughter yearly..i miss all the beautiful places and the food but never try the bullet train yet..love to see you guys ..
You may have gotten on an early train. Trains do not leave early. They leave on time. You may have noticed this on commute trains where it would not move for about a minute or so.
The road closed meaning you guys are there on a sat or sun. It means that this area is crowed with peeps during the weekend so they closed the street for only peeps to walk around. In Tokyo, ginza, you will experience this as well. Are those your aerial shots of the city? Be careful, japan is quite strict about flying them especially in cities.
I miss riding the bullet train especially the one passes by Mt. Fuji…
Beautiful Japan- enjoy your stay. Lol!!! Fire Ramen🔥🔥🔥🔥
Are you guys planning to go to Shibuya?
When you travel from Kyoto to Tokyo by Shinkansen you will see Mt. Fuji (Fuji san) on the left hand side. So best to reserve the same seats as you did for the Osaka , Kyoto leg.
😀🥰 finally a new vlog
Usually from Saturday to Sunday certain popular areas in the city are closed for pedestrians. It’s called Hokosha Tengoku or Pedestrian Paradise. In Tokyo areas in Ginza and Akhihabara are closed as well on weekends.
😍😍😍🇵🇭
If you are still in Kyoto try Pontocho. It’s a narrow street with many izakayas. Definitely worth a visit
