Unlimited Coffee Bar’s Barista Training Lab Tokyo offers classes that cover all the skills a professional barista — or interested amateur — needs to know. Started in 2013, BTLT offers weekend courses in everything from cupping (the tasting and scoring of coffee beans), latte art, roasting, tasting skills and, of course, brewing both espresso and pour-over coffee.
