Never trust KLOOK. Got a confirmed booking for 3N Dream Cruise to Penang on 12 March 2023. However I will need to swim back Singapore on the 4th day as Dream Cruise is sailing 5N to Phuket on that date. Oh. I need to remind myself to bring a float just in case RWC refuse to provide one out of goodwill…. Using KLOOK already creating lots of frustration & depression. Especially talking to them on their platform whereby they will end your chat within 2 seconds without your consent if they are not able to help you. Literally cut you off.
