    I got some thin sliced beef on sale and I don’t know what to do with it. I know if I go to r/steak they’ll tell me to make cheesesteaks but I want something different. I don’t know the cut, it just says “thin sliced beef for stir fry”. I’m assuming it was on sale due to the discoloration but it has no scent to it whatsoever.
