  1. Came here after seeing that one mr. bran episode.
Can’t believe this is actually a thing

  2. "Humanely raised" is a subjective term, and has nothing to do with whether or not tartare is safe. It's safe if YOU prep it safe. I always quickly sear the exterior of the beef and then cut the sear off to expose clean, raw beef. As long as your other ingredients and utensils are clean, you're good to go. Thumbs up on choosing tenderloin. best cut in my opinion for a good tartare.

  3. Consuming raw beef is dangerous, as it can harbor illness-causing bacteria, including Salmonella, Escherichia coli (E. coli), Shigella, and Staphylococcus aureus, all of which are otherwise destroyed with heat during the cooking process ( 2 , 3 , 4 ).

  4. If it's a healthy beef and not infected by virus and prions than it's safe to eat

  5. Guess you need to go to extremely great restaurant to avoid food poisoning when you eat steak tartare. I went to an average 70$ steakhouse (one of the best steakhouse in the city) and had a 20$ steak tartare as my appetizer yesterday. And I’m now having really bad diarrhea 🥲

  6. I once had a rare steak that was supposed to be medium rare at a fine dining, dimly lit restaurant in NYC….I got food poisoning the next day. I have a very tough stomach but still, a place that was high quality, gave me food poisoning and it was 100% because i did not notice until half way through (remember dim lit environment) that the steak was rare but i said eh who cares it was in the grill for a little so it should be fine….so since this video does not explain this, will someone please explain how eating RAW meat (not rare) is okay and safe?

  7. Volga tatars never ate tis kind of raw horse meat. We ate horse meat, but it was cooked.

  8. Yall are stupid! If we had not removed ourselves from natural selection you idiots would die. ANY RAW MEAT IS UNSAFE! IT IS NOT THE SAME AS SUSHI, IDIOTS.

  10. Now shell i trust the opinion of a tupidiot in tshirt, inverse heat on, ingesting "steak tartar" on a cheap cantina, no table cloth and lifting his hands like in approval admiration for the flat earth theory?
This is way lower than a four door Porsche, or Porsche SUV.
    How low could we get?
