You know it's good if it gets the Derek eye roll and "mmm'! I got the 3-course dinner version the last time I was in Vegas and was very pleased. The Wellington was delicious and the toffee pudding was out of this world! Some of the others I was dining with ate off the menu and were underwhelmed. I'm not sure what they got, but if we go back when we're there next week, I'll steer them toward the nachos and fish and chips. Another great vlog, Derek and Catherine!

These were all excellent choices. It did bother me that when they delivered the soup it had spilled onto the platter. Not sure if that was a mistake or they do it on purpose. Now I must say I was very impressed with Catherine's tasting skills as it pertained to keeping that shirt spotless. I can only wonder if Derek would ever be so brave as to wear white while eating and keep the shirt spotless. I would suggest Catherine giving him pointers before trying. Only time will tell. Great Job!
We ate there in April and it was amazing, the beef Wellington is so good. My wife didn't get it because it came medium rare but tasted mine and regretted her decision lol.
The french fries, chips of you will, looked like they were frozen and not fresh cut. I certainly hope not for that price.
I judge the food by Derek’s eye movements. This looked fabulous
Petite wellington they weren't kidding… did you stop at in n out on your way home ? Lol
All this Gordon Ramsay stuff is over-hyped and over-priced. I can go a block from here and get a full catfish dinner with fresh never frozen fish from a local fish market, with steak fries, or baked potato, salad, and a hot roll for $13.00. They also have a bluegill fillet dinner with the same sides for $11.00. And if you are really hungry, you can eat in at the restaurant, and get all you can eat walleye fillets for $13.00.
I would take any of that over anything Gordon Ramsay has, for 1/5th the price.

YUM YUM AND YUM!!!! I can’t get over how perfectly cooked those Fish and Chips were!!!! And I’ve never had mushy peas before but I decided I need that in my life lol

Hey guys!!!!! Mushy Peas should be made with Marrowfat peas, Not regular peas
