October 11, 2022, Japan will finally reopen for independent visitors and tourists. After three long years, Japan will open up again for tourism. The cherry blossoms usually bloom in April for 10-12 days, 2-3 of those days are what is called “mankai,” which is full-100%-bloom. If you can catch mankai, you will live the elusive dream to see the cherry blossoms at their maximum beauty! See you next April, in Japan!
