That Luang Lake Specific Economic Zone Project is located in Xaysettha, Vientiane, Laos. The project covers the construction of 365 hectare area, 120 hectare built up area consisted of a large residential area including 12 condominium blocks with 18 floors, public parks, green spaces, a lake, roads and drainage, a sports complex and a commercial center. There would also be five-star hotels, shopping centers, entertainment venues and administrative center. The project was motivated by the investment promotion policy of the Lao PDR and the Belt and Road Initiative of China.

Hmong people in the U.S disagree with this positive development between China and Laos because they want Laos to be dirt poor forever all because they blame the Lao government and the Lao people for their treacherous misery! And also they cannot advertise anything good about Laos because they still support the idea of American CIA ties to their family and securing funding from the U.S Government to support their community in the U.S.
The lake is peaceful today. Life is good. Laos is beautiful as always.
