Awaji World Park ONOKORO This theme park is located 15 minutes by car from the Kobe-Awaji-Naruto Expressway’s Tsuna Ichinomiya Interchange. They have loads of activities and attractions for you to experience, ride, or do indoors that are fun for kids and grown-ups alike. Their Miniature World attraction features 1/25 scale replicas of famous buildings from around the world like Christchurch Cathedral and the Leaning Tower of Pisa. They have lots of rides too, like a 60-meter Ferris wheel overlooking Osaka Bay, a merry-go-round, and their “”French cafe “” spinning tea cup ride.
This theme park sits on an artificial island in Tsuna, and is easy to spot by its large Ferris wheel, one of two on Awaji. It’s aimed mostly at smaller children, and has obviously seen better days.
