(Typhoon) Nearly 2 Million People To Seek Shelter – The Strongest Typhoon in 2022 Hit Japan

A Level 5 alert, the highest on Japan’s disaster warning scale, was issued to thousands of households. Japanese officials have ordered nearly 2 million people to seek shelter as a powerful typhoon is set to make landfall in the next day. Typhoon Nanmadol could be one of the most destructive tropical storms to strike Japan in recent decades, bringing damaging winds and flooding across most of the country.
