    FYI…. Haleiwa=Hah-lay-ee-vah. Little pronunciation tip….When W is at beginning of word, pronounce as W…e.g…Waikiki, Waipio, Waialeale, Waipahu, Wahiawa
    When W is middle of word, pronounce as V…e.g….Haleiwa(Hah-lay-ee-vah)
    Halawa(Hah-lah-vah)
    Alewa(Ah-leh-vah)
    Ewa(Eh-vah)
    Kuahiwi(Koo-wah-hee-vee)….

    Greetings from Torrance! Here I am at 1205pm dying of hunger because of you! Its been over 10 years since my wife and I have been to Hawaii. We miss all of the local places like Leonard's malasada's, Rainbows, Zippys, Matsumoto shave ice. Too many places to name. When my wife and I got married, we went to Hawaii for our honeymoon. We actually saw Mr Matsumoto before he passed away. You both made us hungry and a little sad because we miss Hawaii. Such a beautiful place! Thanks again Dan for another great video…..now I'm going to ask my wife to make a spam musubi. 🙂
