I'm from the DFW area of Texas and I've been stuck here in Peru for almost 6 years w/o being able to leave. I miss BBQ and TexMex so much. The Tex-Mex meal I would go for is Mercado Juarez Enchilada Suiza (Swiss) and Jack Cheese and Onion combo plate with tortilla soup and charro beans in place of refried beans. Want to try BBQ here someday.
