This is my experience onboard Thai Airways’ Royal Silk Business Class product on their Boeing 777-300ER.
Despite the rough airport experience in Mumbai, this was one of the nicer flights I have taken in my life. I don’t really like fish much but the fish was very good. The crew was also incredibly friendly and attentive. The bed was comfortable and I got some great sleep.

The lounge honestly seemed horrible based on what I saw lol
What a shame, no real towels. And the food you had looked more like premium economy stuff. But the seat is amazing. I didn't knew they have a massage mode damn.
