🇵🇰PARATHA WITH POTATO FILLING: Make paratha bread from the dough, then fill it up with the paste of mashed potatoes, coriander, green chili, pomegranate, salt, and red chili powder. Cook it in a hot pan with local butter that was made from lassi.
🇵🇰 PARATHA WITH RADISH FILLING: Make paratha bread from the dough, then fill it up with the paste of minced radish, coriander, green chili, pomegranate, salt, and red chili powder. Cook it in a hot pan till it’s done.
🇵🇰 PARATHA WITH MAITHRA: Make paratha bread from the dough, then fill it up with the paste of maithra vegetable, coriander, green chili, pomegranate, salt, and red chili powder. Cook it in a hot pan with local butter.
🇵🇰LASSI: Leave Dasi yogurt to sit and condense for 30 minutes in a traditional wooden and clay pot. Stir the lassi out of it. Add more liquid yogurt, water, and ice along the way.
🇵🇰WHOLE GOAT COOKED UNDERGROUND: Cook the rice with salt, dried coriander seeds, cinnamon, black pepper, dried plums, and water. Filter the water out of the rice. Prepare the masala to marinate the goat: yogurt, lemon juice, chili powder, turmeric powder, black and white pepper, fresh garlic, and fresh ginger. Stuff the goat with masala, rice, raisins, almonds, and walnuts. Add masala all over it. Sew the stomach. Stick the goat’s arms back to his body and tie the feet together. Place it underground and cook it for 4 hours.

🇵🇰GHUR: Add cane juice intp a giant Karah (big steel pan), stir and cook for 6 hours until it’s condensed and edible. Add baking soda and local butter. Add almonds, pistachios, raisins, and melon seeds to the giant mold. Add ghur to the mold and mix together.

3. LOCAL JALEBI SHOP
🇵🇰JALEBI: Mix baking powder, wheat flour, and sugar liquid together and deep fry in cooking oil.
