Shichiri Mihama is a beach facing Kumano Nada from Kumano City, Mie Prefecture to Kiho Town. One of Japan’s 100 best beaches, Japan’s 100 white sands and blue pine trees, and one of Japan’s 100 best natural places to preserve in the 21st century. It is also part of Yoshino Kumano National Park and Kumano Kodo Iseji.
In addition, loggerhead turtles will land on the Ida coast on the Kiho-cho side for spawning.
Fureai Beach is in a good location and is the best shooting spot.
