Ingredients:
1 ½ cup corn cereal
1 cup rice crackers
1 cup shrimp chips
1 cup crunchy nut mixture of choice (I used a tropical mix w/mango)
½ cup almonds
½ cup roasted peanuts
½ cup coated crunchy peanuts (optional)
½ cup crunchy peas (optional)
2 tbsp sesame seeds

Seasonings:
½ tbsp chili powder
½ tbsp garlic powder
½ tbsp onion powder
2 tsp curry powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp palm sugar (use less if you prefer less sweet)
½ cup unsalted butter
½ tbsp seasoning sauce

Instructions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 275 degrees F
2. In a large bowl, combine all your snack mixture ingredients (cereal, crackers, nuts, seeds)
3. In a small saucepan, melt your butter and infuse with seasoning ingredients.
4. Pour the sauce over the trail mixture and stir to coat.
5. Bake at 275 for 25-30 minutes, occasionally stirring every 5-7 minutes.
6. Once done, allow to cool, break it apart and store in an airtight container.
7. Serve and enjoy!
