Once I heard Chase Kojima opened a new ramen omakase restaurant in Chatswood – I knew I had to make a booking and try it out. Senpai Ramen is a dinner service only omakase serving a curated menu of several courses for $65pp. I also finally tried out Fish Butchery in Waterloo while with friends, and I have to say the Yellow fin tuna double cheese burger was delicious. Sounds weird, but it works deliciously.
