The early bird catches the worm 🌞 at least when it comes to catching the first rays of sunshine bathing the Kamiiso-no-Torii, in Ibaraki Prefecture. One of the torii gates of Oarai Isosaki Shrine, Kamiiso-no-Torii, which means ‘gate at the beach of the gods’, faces the Pacific Ocean and is the perfect spot to see the sunrise. 🌅
