I went to Tokyo Imperial Hotel to have afternoon tea with my team! This was taken on June 20, 2021. All of the dishes were incredible and we enjoyed the creativity of paring salt with each dish to enhance unique flavors. They served us salt from different prefectures of Japan each with different texture, grain size and taste.
There are many places to enjoy afternoon tea in Tokyo and I had a hard time choosing from a long list of recommendations. That is when I found the most detailed blog written by a lady who had been to almost all of the afternoon spots in Tokyo. She had been to this place more than 10 times so had to trust her selecting afternoon tea at the Imperial Hotel to be No.1 in Tokyo 🙂 I am so glad I followed her recommendation.
