I’ve found a hidden, lesser-known Japanese yakiniku (grilled meat) restaurant in Singapore. The Gyu Bar offers premium wagyu from all over Japan and some are probably only available here. I tried their premium omakase meal and am happy to say, it’s the best yakiniku experience I had in Singapore so far. The presentation and the quality of the meat is just incredible.
