This delicious looking #Oyakodon was photographed at a restaurant in Okinawa. Chopped chicken and kujo-negi (green onion from Kyoto) are cooked in soy sauce flavored dashi (Japanese soup stock) first, then slightly beaten eggs are poured over with mitsuba, an herb that adds fresh aroma, and a whole egg is dropped to be simmered just a little and served over a bowl of rice. Mmm!
