Sapporo Misono Keisuke Ramen – Hokkaido Style Ramen

A showcase of Sapporo Misono Keisuke Ramen at Millenia Walk Singapore. Originating from Japan, there are now a whooping 22 Keisuke Ramen branches in Singapore! And I believe they will have more due to their overwhelming popularity here in Singapore.

First, let me share the origins of Keisuke…

Keisuke Takeda, founder of Ramen Keisuke, is born in 1969 in Hiroshima. Fond of cooking as a child, he started his career as a chef with a French restaurant and worked there for 12 years. He then moved to a Japanese restaurant and worked for 5 years before opening ‘Bimisenryu Tanka’, a modern Japanese restaurant in 2004.

In 2005, Ramen has much more free space to be innovative and creative compared to other cuisines thus he came up with different approaches to create recipes for ramen that nobody else has tried and tasted before. His first ramen restaurant is called ‘Kuro Miso Ramen’ (The First Generation Keisuke Ramen). The ingredients were mixed Miso base with 7 different types of Miso and Bamboo Charcoal.

Sapporo Misono is the first-ever Hokkaido specialty ramen concept by Keisuke Group. This is Chef Keisuke Takeda’s 9th ramen concept offering customers a quick escape to Japan’s Winter Wonderland by serving an extensive variety of Hokkaido-style ramen, rice and side dishes, leaving customers spoiled for choices. Opening its doors at Millenia Walk, home to a handful of authentic Japanese restaurants, Sapporo Misono sets itself apart by offering a range of dishes that hold a special place in the hearts of those who miss Hokkaido.

Ramen Keisuke has introduced numerous never-before ramen flavours and revolutionised the concept of Japanese comfort food dining in Singapore.
