Walking around Shibuya in Tokyo, Japan.
Shibuya is, with Shinjuku, probably the most emblematic district of Tokyo in Japan. Its famous cross is world famous, and its business or commercial district is one of the most “electric” in Tokyo. It is one of the many districts of the modern capital devoted to fashion and shopping.

Shibuya is also the name of a district, one of the liveliest in the capital, grouping known resorts such as Harajuku, Omotesando and Yoyogi and others a little less known as Daikanyama, Ebisu, Hiroo or Sendagaya. A walk through all these neighborhoods requires at least two days, passing from crowded neighborhoods to quieter and more residential areas.

Shibuya is in the extension of Shinjuku, Harajuku and Omotesando, on the Yamanote line. Access to this area is therefore free for holders of the JR Pass card. This is truly the place to go in Tokyo, which allows a little to discover all facets: modernity, luxury, dense population, huge and illuminated buildings, urban space colorful and crazy, green spaces, residential neighborhoods: here we are in the heart of the capital Nippon.
