如何料理日本活雪蟹全过程｜How to cook alive snow crab at home

花了1万円買了一隻活螃蟹（越前蟹）。第一次挑戰這一家在家煮螃蟹。
一煮就是珍貴的越前蟹。
其實在附近吃越前蟹的地方都有在賣煮好的所以回到家弄熱了就可以吃。
可是我們覺得活得馬上煮了更好吃更鲜甜美味。
越前蟹生于海域，所以只需用簡單的鹽和淡水來烹煮就能激發出螃蟹本身的甜味。
上一次影片我們在餐館嘗試了焗烤和生吃的兩種吃法，我們認為水煮的更好吃。能夠嚐到螃蟹獨有的鮮甜味道。

We bought a live crab (Echizen crab) for 10,000 yen. For the first time, I challenged to cook crabs at home.
First challenge is the precious Echizen crab.
In fact, all the nearby places to eat Echizen crab are selling cooked crab, so you can eat it when you get home by just heating it up.
But we feel that cooked right away, and it will be more delicious, sweeter and more crab flavour.
Echizen crabs are born in the sea, so simply cooking them with salt and fresh water can stimulate the sweetness of the crabs themselves.
In the last video, we tried two ways of eating which is baked and raw(sashimi) in a restaurant, and we thought the boiled one was better. You can taste the unique sweetness of crabs.
